mortgage experience. With over 20 years in the industry, Bascha combines her real estate expertise with
financial insight to provide clients with valuable support.

She began her real estate career in 1998, building a successful transaction coordination business and
gaining experience in the California, Arizona, and Nevada markets. From 1998 to 2005, she worked with leading
firms in San Diego and North County, developing deep market knowledge and building lasting relationships.
She returned to the industry in 2023, renewing her real estate license moving into the mortgage sector.
