Todd Benware, a San Diego native and seasoned real estate investor, is the Producing Branch Manager at the Del Mar Branch of Home Plus Mortgage. With an impressive 29-year track record as a top-producing loan officer, Todd launched his mortgage career in 1995 and has since held key roles with several companies, including originating loans and managing teams of loan officers.  

His extensive industry knowledge and strategic insight set him apart, enabling him to provide clients with expert guidance toward the best mortgage solutions. Licensed in most states, Todd’s commitment to educating his clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience has fostered lasting relationships, resulting in thousands of satisfied clients across the country.

Outside of his professional career, Todd is a dedicated father, an avid skier, and remains deeply involved in his local community.

With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Legnaly Ramirez has held roles in both sales and operations, with a primary focus on processing. This extensive background has equipped her with a cohesive understanding of the loan process, enabling her to recognize and address potential issues proactively to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for both loan officers and borrowers. 

Legnaly is proficient in handling a diverse range of loan types, including FHA/VA, conventional, private money, non-QM, reverse, and commercial files. This versatility and expertise makes her a valuable asset to the Todd Benware Team, delivering high-quality service and seamless transactions.
